Cosmetic Surgery
Overview
Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)
Blepharoplasty, or Eyelid Lift, is the surgical treatment for correction of droopy, saggy or puffy eyelids. They can make you appear tired or angry and add years to your appearance. Many patients elect this procedure for cosmetic reasons, but for some it can be medically necessary in order to improve loss of peripheral vision. Dr. Cole will discuss this with you during your consultation and determine whether further testing might be needed. This procedure is often combined with a face lift, neck lift or brow lift depending on the desired result. Read More....
Brow Lift (Forehead Lift)
A brow lift, or forehead lift is a surgical procedure to correct deep furrows on the forehead, frown lines over the eyes, drooping eyebrows and hood-like skin over the eyes. All of these conditions can make you look or feel older than you are. Whether age or heredity causes these conditions, a brow lift (or forehead lift) can give you a more youthful, animated and alert appearance. An eyelid lift can also be performed with a brow lift to achieve a more dramatic result. Read More....
Mid Face Lift (Cheek Lift)
As we age, our skin loses elasticity and volume, and we develop lines around our mouth and a hollowness in the under eye area. A mid face lift or cheek lift is a surgical procedure to reposition the cheek fat up onto the cheekbones where it used to be when you were young, giving you the look of having fuller cheekbones, just as you have when you smile. It raises the outer eyebrows, and flattens any folds at the corners of the mouth. This procedure can also be performed with upper or lower eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty), a neck lift or brow lift. S-Lift or Mini-Face Lift (Rhytidectomy)
The S-Lift, or mini-face lift is a surgical procedure performed to rejuvenate the sagging skin and muscle laxity that occurs with aging. This type of face lift affects the lower third of the face, and is ideal for patients from age 30 to 60, who want a refreshed and youthful appearance with minimal downtime. Read More....
Face Lift or Extended S-Lift (Rhytidectomy)
As you age, the lines and furrows of your face become deeper and more pronounced; sometimes resulting in sagging skin around the neck and jaw line. A full face lift is a surgical procedure that can help to resolve these issues for most people. It cannot correct conditions such as sagging eyebrows, droopy eyelids or wrinkles around the mouth, and many patients elect to have those areas corrected at the same time. During your consultation with Dr. Cole, you and he will determine if you are a good candidate for a face lift. He will also recommend which additional procedures, such as blepharoplasty or a brow lift, will address your concerns and enhance your results. Read More....
Neck Lift
For many people, an obvious sign of an aging face is the excess skin and fat under the chin and in the neck area. The neck lift, also known as submentoplasty, is a surgical procedure that lifts and rejuvenates a sagging and/or full neck and jaw line. This procedure can consist of a variety of surgical techniques that are selected based on the specific needs of each patient. Read More....
